Description:
Clown ringer bell toy, pull toy. When pulled across the floor the clown rocks side to side ringing the bells with the small hammers hanging from his feet. The clown figure is nickel plated and hand painted and it still retains a lot of the original color with red on his hat and cuffs and green polka dots on his suit
