Someone found a listing for this set with illustration & description in a 1910 French toy catalog. The set was listed as "PARC AEROSTATIQUE". An augmented version of the set was also included in the firms 1911 catalog as "PARC AEROSTATIQUE MILITAIRE". He believes the sets were actually made by the firm of Joseph Bischoff, who often included penny toy airships & vehicles in his toy soldier sets. Several other German toy soldier makers including Spenkuch and Rupprecht also used Meier penny toy balloons, dirigibles and zeppelins in their sets.
