The winner savings mechanical bank, very rare example, lithographed tin, box shaped bank contains glass view top panel in circular pattern with tin horses able to spin about as rod is inserted and coin is deposited, invented by Alfred A. R. Berger of New York City, patented on April 23, 1895, patent number 538,206, back reads "Pull out rod, insert either a one, five, or ten cent piece in slot then push in rod. To take out contents remove cover in the bottom of the bank".
