In 1943 the company BLZ Scellé Belle, France was founded by Messrs. Bourdeauy, L'Heure and Zedda.
1947 began the production of model railways in gauge 0, well known was the 1B1, a truncated model of the American GG1. In addition, a range for the 00 gauge was made. Sold it were in gift packs with locomotive, cars, track and transformer
1951 the company was abandoned. Their products were sold in the stores until the end of the 1950's under the brand name "Scelle-Bell".
