Company history and description of the company J. K. Farnell, Notting Hill, London, England

In 1840 the company was founded.
1897 the founder John died and his children Agnes and Henry took over the business. They produced "soft toys" and premium plush teddy bears.
1925 "Alpha" was registered as a trademark. The quality of the toys remained consistently high. Then they also produced music dolls and painted and clothed children.
Most dolls are from the period of 1930-1935.
