Company history and description of the company Powercar company

In 1949 the company starte as the New London Metal Processing Corporation.
They produced the D4 caterpillar crawler as pedal car and electric powered.
After the Korean war they moved to Mystic Conn.
In 1955 the owner George Ford started producing the T-Bird jr.
The company produced electric powered cars till late 1960's.
In 1967 the company went bankrupt and the assets were solt to Conval Industries.
Conval produced the older body styles of the cars for a couple of years and even worked together with Ford to produce another cars in ca. 1970 in the form of a Mustang.
They went bankruptcy in the early 1970's.
