In 1881 the company was founded by Michael Seidel in Fuerth. Until the 1920s they produced small items such as trumpets and doll dishes, then they addes mechanical banks and children's phones
1945 in May under the direction of thw tow sons-in-law the production of toys will be resumed
1947 the program was expanded by cars truck tractors and flight games
. Approx 1955 plastic injection was purchased. The range consisted of approximately 150 items of sheet metal and plastic.
1982 the company was sold to the company Fuchs.
