Description:
Scarce clown. Sparkler type toy with plunge mechanism. Depicts clown holding dog and cane. Marked "JDN, Made in Germany" on one side. When plunger is pushed, right arm goes up and down with symbols and head moves back and forth. Extemely nice lithographic.
