Description:
Fire house with pumper. The Ives company found and copied an existing firehouse and reproduced in miniature this toy. The clockwork mechanism when activated, a bell rings several times sounding the alarm, and suddenly the front doors burst open, and the fire pumper bolts down the inclined ramp of the firehouse, out into the street, and off to the fire. A large japanned cast iron facade with a wooden cabinet trimmed with cast iron window frames encase the two horse cast iron pumper and 13" long
