Description:

X-ray toy #406. These rare toys were made very early by Lehmann s a result of x-ray machines being invented the year earlier. tis toy simulates an x-ray machine. Notice how it has a large “X” on each box, plus coiled wires to simulate electric machinery. You put a coin, plate, piece of paper or anything that will fit in between the two boxes. You look through the peephole and, lo and behold, you appear to be able to see right through the object. In reality, there are hidden mirrors inside the toy that direct your vision under the object, but the effect is to see right through—just like an x-ray.
