Painting clown lithographed, if one turns the crank the clown onto a board paints, the bottom cover is to be opened in order to change the picture handicap, toy was only made as gift for best customers, it was the most complicated toy in the 1800's and features lithographed tin clown sitting at easel, crank operated mechanism sketches picture, controlled by double cam that can be changed to draw different designs, one cam included
